  • If an exchange is not available, a full refund will be issued.

  • You must return the original item before receiving a replacement, unless otherwise specified.

 

6. Shipping and Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or the supplier’s (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover or reimburse the return shipping.
