How to Use:

1. Ensure shoes are clean and free of dust/debris.

2. Remove protective film to reveal adhesive.

3. Place sticky side down in shoe where support is needed.

Care Instructions:

• Rinse under cool water to remove dust/debris

• Optional: use mild dish soap (avoid hand soaps with lotion)

• Air dry indoors (keep away from sunlight)

• Adhesive regenerates after drying

• Do not place in dishwasher or dryer
