Find balance and relief with the Heel Lifts / Gel Heel Cushions, designed to support those with leg length discrepancies, Achilles tendon issues, or heel pain. Each set includes four stackable gel lifts (⅛” each), allowing you to customize your heel height from ⅛” to ½”.

Made from medical-grade, non-porous gel, these lifts are washable, reusable, and odor-free. Their adhesive backing makes them easy to apply inside any shoe — from dress shoes to sandals — and ensures they stay in place, whether used individually or stacked.

How to Use:

1. Peel off clear film to expose adhesive.

2. Stack 1–4 lifts as needed to achieve desired height.

3. Stick the lift(s) to the footbed of your shoe.

Care Instructions:

• Rinse under cool water to clean; mild dish soap optional.

• Air dry indoors (avoid direct sunlight).

• Adhesive regenerates after drying.

• Do not place in dishwasher or dryer.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
