Experience targeted relief and customizable comfort with the Stackable Supports / Gel Ramps. Designed to provide arch support or offload pressure from the ball of the foot, heel, or talus region, these ramps help correct pronation, supination, and common foot conditions including plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, Morton’s Neuroma, fat pad atrophy, bunions, and sesamoiditis.

Made from non-porous, skin-friendly medical grade gel, the ramps gently adjust foot position to improve overall alignment — reducing stress on the ankles, knees, hips, and back. Their self-sticking design makes them easy to use, washable, and reusable. For added flexibility, double-sided tape is included for shoes with tricky materials or liners.

With four stackable ramps in each pack, you can easily adjust the thickness and support level to your needs.

How to Use:

• Place inside shoes (with or without removable liner), or on top of another insole.

• Arch region: for plantar fasciitis, flat feet, fallen/high arches.

• Ball of foot region: to offload pressure from forefoot & relieve pain.

• Inner talus (pronation): place ramp with thick edge on inner heel.

• Outer heel (supination): place ramp with thick edge on outer heel.

Care Instructions:

• Rinse under cool water; mild dish soap optional.

• Air dry indoors (avoid direct sunlight).

• Adhesive regenerates after drying.

• Do not use dishwasher or dryer.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
