How to Use:

1. Remove plastic film to reveal adhesive.

2. Place sticky side down in the heel of your shoe.

3. For over-supination: align thicker edge with outside (lateral) heel.

4. For over-pronation: align thicker edge with inside (medial) heel.

Care Instructions:

• Rinse under cool water to remove dust/debris; mild dish soap optional.

• Air dry indoors (avoid direct sunlight).

• Adhesive regenerates after drying.

• Do not use dishwasher or dryer.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
