Made with medical-grade, non-porous gel, the pads are skin-friendly, odor-free, washable, and reusable. Their self-sticking design makes them easy to apply inside any shoe, from athletic sneakers to sandals. Once washed and air-dried, the adhesive regenerates for multiple uses.

How to Use:

1. Make sure shoes are clean and free of dust or debris.

2. Remove protective plastic film to reveal adhesive.

3. Place sticky side down inside shoe, positioning pad just before the metatarsal heads for proper support.

Care Instructions:

• Rinse under cool water to clean; mild dish soap optional.

• Air dry indoors (avoid sunlight).

• Adhesive regenerates after drying.

• Do not place in dishwasher or dryer.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
