  Tip: If between sizes, choose the smaller size in the desired thickness (Max Support = thicker, Pro-Lite = thinner).

How to Use:

1. Ensure shoes are clean & free of dust or debris.

2. Remove protective film to reveal adhesive.

3. Place sticky side down inside your shoe where support is needed.

Care Instructions:

• Rinse under cool water to clean; mild dish soap optional.

• Air dry indoors (avoid sunlight).

• Adhesive regenerates once dry.

• Do not use dishwasher or dryer.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
