Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

Within the EU: approximately 3 business days
Outside the EU: approximately 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, courier handling, customs clearance, weekends, and public holidays.

How tracking works

Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number will be shared with you by email. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to follow the progress of your delivery.

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. In such cases, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order status

Your order may pass through the following stages:

Processing
Your order has been received and is being prepared.

Dispatched
Your order has left the warehouse and tracking details are being generated or shared.

In Transit
Your parcel is with the courier and on its way to you.

Delivered
Your parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Important note

Warehouses and courier partners may not operate during weekends or public/bank holidays in the country where the parcel is being processed or delivered. This may slightly delay order handling or movement in transit.
