At CTC, we want you to be completely enamored with your selection. If, however, your item is not quite right, we offer a dedicated service to ensure your return process is handled with care, clarity and precision.

RETURN WINDOW

For customers outside the European Union, we offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the day your parcel is delivered. To maintain the integrity and flow of our collections, please ensure your return request is submitted and your return is dispatched within this 7-day window.

For customers located in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day your parcel is delivered. This means you may notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Once you have notified us, the item should be returned without undue delay and within the timeframe required under applicable EU consumer law.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To begin your return, please contact us directly. This ensures that we can provide you with personalized instructions and the correct return address for your specific item.

Please include:

  1. Your order number in the subject line;
  2. The item(s) you wish to return;
  3. The reason for the return;
  4. For EU withdrawal returns, a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase;
  5. If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please attach 1–3 clear photographs for our review.

Our team will respond within 2 working days with your Return Authorization and the specific return information

IMPORTANT NOTES

Address Accuracy: Please ensure you use the exact return address provided by us. Returns sent to an incorrect address may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused condition with all tags, security seals, labels, and packaging intact.

EU Customers: Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, we will process any required refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received by us, or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any premium, express, or upgraded delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for your desired selection.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags, seals, or packaging.
