How CTC Fashions works

Luxury should be honest. Here is exactly what happens when you order from us, from the first click to your door.

  1. You choose

    Every piece is authentic and new, with its designer, material, colour, size and condition described as they are. The price you see is the price you pay, delivery included.

  2. You pay once, in full

    Securely at checkout, in full and once. The price you see is the price you pay.

  3. We secure your piece

    We don't keep every piece in our own stock. The moment your order is confirmed, we purchase it from our distribution partner, and it is sent directly to you.

  4. Ours until it's yours

    From your order until delivery, your piece is our responsibility. If it is lost or arrives damaged, we make it right.

  5. On time, or your choice

    Delivery usually takes 6–7 working days and never more than 20. If we ever miss that, you may cancel for a full refund.

  6. Changed your mind?

    Request a return within 7 days of delivery (14 days in the UK and EU), and we will guide you through it.
