Delivery Worldwide

CTC offers worldwide delivery on curated designer fashion, using trusted international courier partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Each order is carefully processed and dispatched from the relevant warehouse depending on product availability and destination.

Delivery timelines

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are usually:

Within the EU: approximately 3 business days
Outside the EU: approximately 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, courier handling, customs clearance, weekends, and public/bank holidays.

Tracking your delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

You can use the tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your parcel’s journey.

Countries we cannot currently ship to

Due to current restrictions and ongoing regional circumstances, we are currently unable to ship orders to:

• Russia
• Belarus
• Ukraine

We will update this policy if service availability changes in the future.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock location and courier handling. In such cases, you may receive more than one tracking number.
