Delivered to your doorDelivery is included in every price, tracked all the way.

• TimingUsually 6–7 working days from your order, and no later than 20 working days. If we miss that, you may cancel for a full refund.
• How it travelsOnce we purchase your piece, our partner prepares it within 1–2 working days and sends it by DHL, FedEx or UPS. You'll receive tracking by email. An order with several pieces may arrive in separate parcels.
• Duties and taxesOrders to the United States are delivered duty-paid. For other destinations, local customs may charge import duty or VAT on arrival.
• Where we deliverUnited Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
• Lost or lateIf tracking stalls or a parcel is lost, contact us. It's our responsibility until it reaches you.
