Delivery is included and usually takes 6–7 working days. We commit to delivering within 20 working days; if we ever miss that, you may cancel for a full refund.

You pay once, in full, at checkout, with no hidden charges. Orders to the United States are delivered duty-paid; for other destinations, local import charges may apply (see Shipping & Delivery).

Every piece is authentic and new, with its original tags, sourced through established distribution partners who obtain goods from the brands, their licensees or official distributors.

We never sell replicas or imitations. Descriptions show the piece exactly as it is.

Changed your mind? Request a return within 7 days of delivery (14 days in the UK and EU). Pieces must be unworn, with all tags, labels and packaging.

Email admin@clickthatclicks.com with your order number; we reply within 1 working day with a prepaid label and the return address. Please don’t send anything before then.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of the piece arriving back. Damaged, faulty or incorrect pieces are collected at no cost and refunded in full.
